Our mental health is vital to our well-being; and more often than not, being mentally well will prevent a lot of physical illnesses from occurring. Mental and physical health often go hand-in-hand; with one triggering the other. When we start to worry and fret about things, our bodies often become affected, and we may get ill as a side effect.
